Lilian Mutsaers and Deb Cumming, both lecture at Massey University, College of Creative Arts in fashion.  They have significant experience in commercial fashion design and production.  This has been within established apparel companies and independent fashion labels.  They share an expertise in technical development in patternmaking and prototyping which strongly contributes to design research exploration in Drape and Modelling processes. Both Lilian and Deb have taught undergraduate and postgraduate students in Drape techniques which have informed innovative fashion design collections.
